Intercongregation Communities Association (ICA) Food Shelf Offerings

Excelsior Covenant Church supports our local food shelf, (ICA). Items needed include laundry soap, toilet paper, deodorant, paper towels. toothpaste, canned fruit, peanut butter, jelly, macaroni and cheese, chow mein, and canned meat. You may drop off items in the box labeled “ICA” in the coatroom.

Loaves and Fishes 

Loaves and Fishes continues to serve the inner city. ECC serves the third Monday in September, November, January, March, May and July. Sign up as a small group and/or individual. People are also needed for our substitution list! 

Mainstreet Covenant Church

Pine Ridge

ECC has an 19 year tradition of service on the Pine Ridge Indian Reservation in South Dakota. Teams from our church serve for a week in June and facilitate a Spring and Fall retreat each year. For more information contact Peggie Carley at 952-443-2472.

Truthseekers Rallies

Truthseekers is a ministry in India devoted to sharing the good news of Jesus Christ and breaking down caste barriers. On a Truthseekers experience you will learn about Christian faith in India and participate in footwashing rallies.

The World Race

The World Race is a journey to 11 countries in 11 months to serve "the least of these" while amongst real and raw community. It facilitates discipleship through the process of discovering into the abundant life He promised, and it births partnerships with ministries around the world.

Adventures in Missions

Adventures in Missions (AIM) is an interdenominational missions organization that focuses on discipleship, prayer, and relationships in working amongst the poor. Since they were established in 1989, they have taken over 90,000 people into the mission field, some for as short as a week and others for as long as a year or longer, in several places around the world. 

Youth With A Mission

Youth With A Mission is an international volunteer movement of Christians from many backgrounds, cultures and Christian traditions, dedicated to serving Jesus throughout the world. Also known as YWAM (pronounced "WHY-wham"), their purpose is simply to know God and to make Him known. YWAM has a decentralized structure that encourages new vision and the exploration of new ways to change lives through training, convey the message of the gospel and care for those in need. They are currently operating in more than 1000 locations in over 180 countries, with a staff of over 18,000.

Campus Crusade for Christ

Campus Crusade for Christ exists to help fulfill the Great Commission by winning, building and sending in the power of the Holy Spirit. They also help the body of Christ do evangelism and discipleship, through student, leader, church-based, and virtual movements.
